In no way, shape, or form will we ever create, design, print, distribute, market, advertise, or promote negativity in or through any of our brand products, services or content.

These terms and conditions also apply to any, and all, customized products we create, design, print, distribute, and/or provide to our customers and clients worldwide. Community Rules and Guidelines

ACCEPTANCE

By joining the FofM Community, you agree to these rules and guidelines. If you are unable to follow the rules and guidelines listed herein, you will be removed and banned from this community. 
 
The FofM Community Rules and Guidelines may be updated or changed at any time. Please be vigilant on staying up to date with the updates shared within the community to ensure you are abiding by the rules and guideline. The following are the steps taken should any member continue to violate or sequentially violate the Rules and Guidelines of the FofM Community:
 
1st Offense – Member is issued a written warning from the administration team.
2nd Offense – Member is not permitted to post in the community for 7 days.
3rd Offense – Member is banned from the community indefinitely.
 
 
POLICIES
 
1. Please DO NOT SHARE specific brand content with individuals, organizations or the likes thereof outside of the community.
  • While most of what we post in the community is shareable, there will be content we will specifically ask you NOT TO SHARE outside of the community. 
 
2. There is ZERO TOLERANCE for anyone other than the administrators of the FofM Community to share content outside of the community when we’ve specifically asked members not to do so. If members continue to be disrespectful and violate our trust those members will be banned from the community. 
 
3. Profanity, vulgar language or the likes thereof is NOT ALLOWED OR PERMITTED. Violators of this will be banned from the community EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY!
 
4. No Hate Speech or Bullying EVER or you will be banned from the FofM Community.
  • Our community is a space where we uplift and encourage each other. Bullying of any kind WILL NOT be tolerated, and degrading comments including things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity WILL NOT be tolerated. Private messages of harassment or bullying members of the community WILL NOT be tolerated. All reported members who are violating this policy will be PERMANENTLY removed and banned from the community.

5. No Self Promotions or Spam/Spamming. The only content you should uploading, posting and/or conversing about is Frame of Mind Ink products, services, content and/or positive, uplifting and encouraging content related to Frame of Mind Ink content.
This does not mean you can’t upload photos, text, videos or other content of your own or from other websites to the community but if you do they should coincide with the message(s) we are reiterating within the Rules and Guidelines of the FofM Community.
 
6. Be Kind, Be Courteous and Be Respectful
Please treat others the way you would like to be treated. If treating others in a mean, derogative and/or negative manner or the likes thereof is how you like to be treated, unfortunately the FofM Community is not for you.
 
7. Respect Members Privacy
Being part of this community requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions (within the FofM  Community Rules and Guidelines) make great communities, but may also be sensitive and/or private. What is shared among the community should stay in the community in order to maintain a safe and trusted environment.
 
8. The FofM Community is a NO NEGATIVE ZONE!
This is a positive and uplifting community; no negativity permitted. Being negative within the community will result in you being removed and banned from the community PERMANENTLY!
 

9. Please uphold Integrity in this community. Self-promotion, personal systems, social media profiles/links and irrelevant external links are not allowed or permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, private files, PDFs, social media profiles, YouTube links, communication of private groups/chats, GIFs and memes. You should only be posting Frame of Mind Ink products, services, content and/or positive, uplifting and encouraging content relative to what Frame of Mind Ink echoes, upholds and reiterates through our message(s). Sharing any self-promotion or personal systems is against ALL FofM Community Rules and Guidelines. Failure to uphold these policies will result in any member being removed from the community PERMANENTLY!

In addition, YouTube links, GIFs and memes are permitted in the community as long as they are appropriate and follow the Rules & Guidelines of the FofM Community. 

 
SUMMARY
 
With ALL that said, we do encourage and want you to have fun in our awesome community. The Rules & Guidelines of the FofM Community are set to keep our community as a safe, fun, engaging space not just our brand but for our customers, clients, friends and the likes thereof. It also set forth to protect the information discuss, share and post. As our community grows and expands we’ll update these Rules & Guidelines as needed but the basic foundation will always remain.
 

What Personal Data We Collect and Why We Collect It

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, or in the community, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar is a service we use to create you profile picture or avatar in the community. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment. This another added measure of protection to assist with spam detection.

Media

If you upload images in the community, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included as much as possible. While we know most of you have no idea what that is, if an image is uploaded to the community that is potentially dangerous, our spam detection service and other added measures we’ve put in place will notify us immediately upon completion of your upload. Dont allow this information to frighten you from uploading images. Again, it’s part of all additional measures we’ve taken into account to keep our website and community as safe, private and protected as possible.
